Ghadas Corner is a place where local and international heritage is preserved and celebrated. The owner of Ghadas corner, Ghada Boulos, is continuously documenting and sharing stories, traditions, folklore and other unique customs and artistic practices that she has come to learn through her travels as a tour guide in the last 21 years.
The café, which lies at the heart of Ghada’s Corner, is an extension of this research, offering drinks and food from local and traditional food cultures to ensure that these heritage meals do not disappear.
Each dish has a unique story, history, and taste, flavored with ingredients that are distinctive of the local cuisine, such as mahleb, mastika, and many others. In addition to these savory meals, a variety of sweets and special dishes from different civilizations are also offered in the café.
